Core Values

Accountability - We believe that we will be held accountable for how we use the gifts and resources with which God has entrusted us. Our desire is to be accountable to God and to one another in striving to be wise stewards of His gifts. - Matthew 5:13-16 / Matthew 25:14-30 / 1 Corinthians 4:2

Commitment - We believe that becoming an extraordinary follower of Christ is normal for every Christ Follower and requires deep spiritual commitments. These include committing to Christ as Leader and Forgiver, family, stewardship, life-long learning, one another, and ministry. - Philippians 3:13,14 / Colossians 3:17

Community - We believe that life change happens best in groups of twelve or less. Our small groups strive to keep truth, joy, trust, and service in balance. - Acts 2:44, 46-47 / Ephesians 4:32

Community Service - We believe one very public way to demonstrate our love for people is to improve the community in which they live. We look for opportunities to serve our neighbors at home and at work. Our prayer is that our service attracts people to us and makes them want to know more about God. - Joshua 1:14 / Galatians 5:13, 14

Compassion - We desire to reflect the passion Christ has for us by demonstrating compassion for the people with whom we come in contact. We demonstrate our compassion in prayer, by serving, and by avoiding harmful acts such as gossip. - Ephesians 4:29-32 / Colossians 3:12-13

Creativity - We believe in fresh, dynamic communication. We love to encourage and inspire people to think outside of the box. - Proverbs 18:15

Evangelism - We believe that people who don’t have a relationship with God matter to His church. We believe evangelism is not limited to a chosen few, but that real relationships can provide the opportunity for any Christian to lead people to Christ. We want our primary focus to be people, not programs. - Matthew 18:14 / Luke 5:30-32

Excellence - We believe that excellence honors God and inspires people. Therefore, we work hard in all we do. We use evaluations, feedback, education, practice, creativity and hard work so that God will have our best. - Galatians 6:4 / Colossians 3:23,24

Family - We believe the Christian walk must includes a healthy family life. We believe in spending quality time with our family, praying together, learning together, and worshipping together. - Colossians 3:18-21 / 1 Timothy 5:4-8
